* A : Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel is conveniently located in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter. All interesting sights within a short walk - close to all bars, restaurants, shops, banks, post office.

* Q : When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
 
* A :  72 hours prior to arrival date
 
* Q : What credit cards do you take?
 
* A : We accept Visa, Master Card.
 
* Q : What are check in/check out times?
 
* A : Check in time is after 2:00 pm, ealier check in without any surcharge and upon availability.
       Check out time is before 12:00pm.
 
* Q : Will you be organised the trips to visit the North and the South of Vietnam?
 
* A : Yes, we do organise the trips for all our Guests to visit our beautiful country landscape such as Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, Hoa Lu - Tam Coc.... which are strongly recommended by all our previous Guests.
 
* Q : Should we reserve our tours in advance ?
 
* A :  Yes, it`s highly recommendation, especially in high season to secure the good places on board, train, hotel.
 
* Q : Can I have a room for freshing up before departering for the next trip ?
 
* A : Yes, we are pleased to offer you a room if the room is available without any charge.
 
* Q : How far from airport to your Hotel?
 
* A : Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel is in the central of Old Quarter, it`s far from the airport more than 30 kms. To avoid all the troubles like being overcharged or taken to a wrong hotel, we would provide you pick up service to secure you will be driven right to our hotel.
 
* Q : Do you arrange the pick up car to pick us up from bus/train/airport ?
 
* A : Yes, we do arrange the  pick up service once your flight lands with the normal charge as mentioned in "Services" tab.
